How to Use
- Open the foil package with clean, dry hands and remove the strips from the backing liner.
- Apply the sticky gel side to the teeth, aligning it with the gum line. Press gently and fold the remaining strip behind the teeth.
- Leave the strips on for 15–30 minutes. Do not eat, smoke, sleep, or drink anything except water during use.
- Remove the strips and rinse your mouth thoroughly.
